If you have a health insurance with Surrogate Coverage, you will likely be matched with Intended Parents quicker. Otherwise, if your insurance excludes surrogacy coverage or you don’t have any insurance, the Intended Parent(s) will be responsible for purchasing a Surrogate Maternity Policy to cover your pregnancy cares and the delivery.

Yes. An independent attorney on your behalf will be retained at the expenses of the Intended Parent(s). You will be represented and guided by your Attorney on reviewing and signing the Surrogacy Contract. The Attorney will discuss with you in details regarding your benefits package, compensations, responsibilities as well as the legal terms on parental rights.

An OB-GYN Clinic and a Hospital in the vicinity of your residence will be used for the maternity cares and baby delivery. The Intended Parents may attend the doctor visits with you sometimes, and will be present at the Hospital at the most exciting moment of the baby delivery.
